Part of being a community hospital is knowing your “community”. This is accomplished by taking the time to listen to what is important to people and their loved ones. At Almonte General Hospital, we participate in the Hospital Report Card survey every year and use this patient satisfaction survey as one way of finding out if we are meeting your healthcare needs.
While at the hospital, patients may be invited to participate in an online patient experience survey. Only patients who have given consent to receive the survey and who have provided their email address during registration will receive an email inviting them to complete the survey. Your feedback helps us to continually improve the care we provide to our local communities every day. Thanks for your input!
Likewise, Fairview Manor residents and family members are invited to complete the Resident Satisfaction and Family Satisfaction surveys which are distributed once per year. This information is used to plan services and continually improve the home-like provided to our residents.
